In order to pursue its development and strengthen its IT skills, we are looking for a Systems, Networks & Security Administrator wishing to contribute to the performance, reliability, and security of our IT infrastructures.

Systems, Networks and Security Administrator (m/f)

Your mission ###

Within our Information Systems Department and reporting to the Infrastructure and Networks Manager, you will actively participate in the administration, securing, and evolution of our multi-site IT environment.

Your role is essential to guarantee the availability of our systems and ensure the continuity of our industrial activities.

Your main responsibilities ###

• Administer, maintain, and evolve the Group's system, network, and telecommunications infrastructures.
• Guarantee the availability, performance, and security of IT environments.
• Deploy and maintain cybersecurity solutions, particularly regarding access protection, vulnerability management, and network securing.
• Ensure the management of backups, restorations, and business continuity devices.
• Participate in securing industrial environments (IT/OT), in collaboration with production teams.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, ensuring reactive support to users.
• Contribute to infrastructure evolution projects, automation, and the continuous improvement of IT practices.

Your profile ###

• Holder of a CFC in computer science, ideally supplemented by training in cybersecurity or industrial infrastructures.
• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in systems and network administration, ideally acquired in an industrial environment.
• You master Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID environments and possess good knowledge of Linux.
• You are comfortable with virtualization technologies (VMware, Proxmox), Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• You have solid skills in networks (LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and security solutions (firewall, EDR/XDR, MFA).
• You are familiar with backup tools, supervision, and incident management principles.
• Skills in scripting (PowerShell/Bash) as well as knowledge of IT/OT environments constitute real assets.

Beyond your technical skills, we are looking for an autonomous, rigorous, and solution-oriented person, who enjoys teamwork and is capable of intervening with method and reactivity in a demanding industrial environment.
