L-EMS les 3 Sapins works mostly with continuous schedules of 10h- A 4-day week, that's us! Are you a Social Educative Assistant and truly care about the well-being of the residents? Do you wish to evolve in an EMS where it is good to live and work, in an idyllic setting 7 minutes from the Monthey highway exit and at the entrance to Valais?

Are you a pearl (or a pearl but that's not how you say it)? Your contract is waiting for you! You will take responsibility for a young team (and less young) composed of 3 apprentices and 2 socio-educative assistants. You have 10 ideas a minute, passion, empathy. So come join us, for this you only need (but still imperatively):

• The CFC as Social Educative Assistant
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• A valid driver's license to do many outings with the residents
• To be a company trainer or accept to do so within 3 months for the manager position
• To have joy of living, humor and love
