Quality Technician (M/F)

Introduction ##

As part of the development of our activities in the canton of Fribourg, we are building a talent pool to support the deployment of our new industrial site in Bulle. In this perspective, we will shortly be looking for Quality Technician (M/F) profiles to strengthen our teams.

Responsibilities ##

• Drive quality within a manufacturing sector, in close collaboration with the operations teams
• Monitor quality indicators and ensure the processing of quality incidents
• Manage quality deviations and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions
• Participate in the qualification of new products and processes
• Ensure the quality relationship with internal customers and suppliers
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes

Profile ##

• Higher education with a mechanical focus, of HES or ES Technician type
• Experience in a quality function in an industrial environment
• Proven practice of quality tools, notably deviation processing, corrective actions and problem-solving
• Analytical capacity and knowledge of the fields of machining, finishing and/or assembly
• Ease of communication and ability to drive teamwork, in close proximity to operations
• Reactive, curious and rigorous personality, complemented by a strong capacity for learning and integration
• Availability to follow initial training in Genève before continuing the mission in the canton of Fribourg
