A DATA MANAGER, "COLON CANCER SCREENING" (CDD) ###

La FONDATION GENEVOISE POUR LE DÉPISTAGE DU CANCER, founded in 1999, is mandated by the State of Geneva to promote and coordinate breast and colon cancer screenings in the Geneva population. Join an organization committed to public health and contribute to improving the prevention and screening of colon cancer as a Data Manager.

Your mission will be to perform a quality control of the data entry in view of the first evaluation of the Geneva cantonal colon cancer screening program. On the other hand, you will transform the data into indicators for the purposes of analysis, decision support, and publication.
You will work in close collaboration with a small multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities ###

• Analyze data quality, detect entry errors, outliers or missing values, and correct inconsistencies,
• Clean and adapt data categorization,
• Strengthen the quality of entered data by implementing controls on their validity to be carried out on a regular basis,
• Performance of statistical analyses on the collected data,
• Production of visualizations and support materials for the presentation of results,
• Final archiving of data
• Documentation and traceability of data: develop and maintain the documents necessary for the continuity and traceability of the processed data,

Qualifications ###

• Academic training in a health discipline, biostatistics, data science or equivalent,
• Benefit of more than 5 years of experience in data management in the health field,
• Mastery of data management, reporting, and statistical analysis software.
• Intellectual curiosity, analytical mind, and interest in applied research,
• Ability to work autonomously, with rigor and organizational skills.
