Job description ##

Your employment partner is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a unique living and meeting place in Switzerland, recognized for the quality of its infrastructure and high-end services, an experienced and versatile logistician at 100% to strengthen its Facility Management department.

Your missions ###

In close collaboration with the Logistics Manager, you ensure the smooth running of logistical operations and contribute to the quality of the department's services.

• Ensure the management of incoming and outgoing flows of goods and equipment.
• Prepare orders, load and transport equipment using a truck.
• Organize and optimize storage to guarantee the availability of equipment and limit losses.
• Ensure computerized stock monitoring and ensure the reliability of data.
• Participate in periodic inventories and equipment control.
• Respond to the requests of internal clients and ensure rigorous follow-up of their needs.
• Provide operational support to the various activities of the department, demonstrating versatility and reactivity.

Requirements ##

Your profile ###

• Holder of a CFC in logistics or training deemed equivalent.
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, ideally in a demanding and high-end environment.
• Valid driver's license, with mastery of manual gearbox.
• Forklift license indispensable.
• Good mastery of IT tools and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written.
• Autonomous, organized and responsible person, capable of managing priorities effectively.
• Team spirit, sense of service and ease in exchanges with different interlocutors.
• Great versatility, discretion and capacity for adaptation.
