We ensure the safety and availability of railway infrastructures by monitoring the condition of electrical installations (traction current, associated systems), civil engineering works, and access points. We take charge of necessary immediate and planned measures. Customer satisfaction is essential to us, so we provide lifecycle managers with the data to improve the quality of the installations. We represent SBB during work near electrical installations, verify equipment compliance upon receipt, and have anomalies corrected. We examine projects to facilitate future maintenance and, in the event of incidents, identify the technical causes. What you can move.

• As the manager of "Traction current" installations, you guarantee their safety and availability and defend the owner's interests towards internal and external services. You identify the causes of failures, particularly on switching devices.
• You analyze and evaluate results from various monitoring activities (diagnostic vehicle, local measurements, visual inspections), taking risks into account. You define and assign maintenance measures (quality, deadlines) to internal and external partners and trigger immediate actions if necessary.
• You ensure that new installations are defect-free, perform the SIOP B examination if necessary, and, as the client's representative, defend its interests towards third parties (individuals, municipalities, authorities). You ensure the updating of installation data.
• You technically accept maintenance and restoration work and manage defects.
• Depending on the installation, you plan, coordinate, and monitor execution work; you direct the mandated companies and guarantee the compliance of the work and safety.

What you bring.

• Thanks to your experience, you have developed excellent communication skills: you are comfortable during fault searches, particularly on switching devices, and know how to give clear and precise instructions to SBB colleagues and external companies.
• In terms of training, you benefit from a CFC in a technical field and experience in managing contact line construction sites (team leader, foreman, or mandate manager). You will follow the expert certification training for "contact line" and "cables and cable protection".
• You have excellent knowledge of maintenance directives, installation components, risky situations, as well as construction and operation processes.
• You have an excellent level in French or German (minimum C1 level), as well as a good level in the second language (ideally from level B2).
• Furthermore, you have good IT knowledge (DfA, SAP, AMGT, ZMON and MS Office).
