Construction Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Write and analyze tenders
• Ensure the direction and monitoring of works
• Develop and pilot project financial plans
• Manage statements and invoicing
• Participate in the design and planning of projects

Profile

• CFC in building draughtsman completed by training in construction management
• Proven experience (min. 3 years) in a similar role
• Autonomous, rigorous, and team-oriented personality
• Excellent command of French (oral and written)
• Good command of MS Office tools and professional software
• Driver's license required
