Civil engineering team leader

Job description:

Supervision and coordination of a team on civil engineering sites
Organization and planning of works according to the deadlines provided
Distribution of tasks and monitoring of the progress of works
Participation in earthworks, piping, and exterior landscaping
Execution of works related to road infrastructure and networks
Reading and interpretation of execution plans
Control of the quality and conformity of the works carried out
Coordination with other stakeholders on the construction site
Compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and deadlines

Job requirements:

Training in the field of civil engineering or equivalent experience
Proven experience in the civil engineering sector
Experience in management and supervision of a team on site
Good mastery of earthmoving and infrastructure construction techniques
Ability to read and interpret execution plans
Sense of organization, autonomy and spirit of initiative
Leadership, rigor and sense of responsibility
Good communication skills and team spirit
Compliance with safety instructions
Driving license: a plus
