CDI - Meyrin (Geneva)

Your mission:

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you design, coordinate, and manage the internal and HR communication actions of the institution. Acting as the interface between employees, managers, General Management, and various departments, you contribute to bringing information to life, supporting transformation projects, and strengthening team engagement.

Internal and HR Communication
---------------------------

  • Define and implement communication plans related to institutional and HR projects: objectives, audiences, messages, channels, and editorial calendar.
  • Advise departments and project managers, particularly in supporting changes, institutional projects, appointments, and sensitive topics.
  • Design and coordinate General Management newsletters, memos, announcements, and internal campaigns.
  • Write, simplify, and adapt content for different audiences, while guaranteeing editorial quality and confidentiality.

Intranet and Digital Content
-----------------------------

  • Lead the editorial design and functional evolution of the SharePoint intranet.
  • Structure, harmonize, and update departmental content in connection with Digital.
  • Define editorial governance and animate the intranet referent network.
  • Monitor usage and user feedback in order to prioritize improvements.

Employer Brand
----------------

  • Design content promoting professions, career paths, and the employee experience.
  • Lead portraits, testimonials, and video productions: editorial angles, interviews, filming, editing, coordination, and validation.
  • Prepare the adaptation and dissemination of content, ensuring consistency between internal communication and external employer brand communication.

Events
--------------

  • Design and manage employee and family events: staff evenings, anniversaries, afterworks, children's Christmas, and internal meetings.
  • Coordinate service providers, venues, invitations, registrations, ticketing, and logistics on D-day.
  • Elaborate and monitor budgets, commitments, and invoices.
  • Consolidate reports on participation, satisfaction, and budget, then propose improvements.

We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:

  • Higher education in communication, marketing, or an equivalent field.
  • Proven experience in internal, institutional, or HR communication, ideally in a complex or regulated environment.
  • Excellent writing, synthesis, and simplification skills.
  • Mastery of managing cross-functional projects, planning, budget monitoring, and event organization.
  • Operational mastery of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools; knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is an asset.
  • Mastery of audiovisual content creation techniques, from editorial preparation to filming and video editing, for internal channels and the employer brand.
  • Ease with content creation and layout tools, notably InDesign and Canva; knowledge of Mailchimp and Forms is appreciated.
  • Ease with generative AI to design and adapt content and mockups, with a critical eye on the quality of results.
  • Autonomy, rigor, diplomacy, sense of service, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to advise, negotiate, and mobilize various interlocutors without hierarchical links.

We offer you:

  • The opportunity to join a recognized institution with a human dimension.
  • A transversal, visible, and concrete role serving the employee experience and the employer brand.
  • Varied projects, carried out in collaboration with the HR Department, General Management, professional managers, and many internal and external partners.
  • A dynamic environment in which collaboration, continuous improvement, and a sense of service are essential.
