Mental Health Nurse

Mandated by several of our clients, we are actively looking for:

Mental Health Nurse

-Hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent title, with a foreign diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.

• Demonstrate at least 2 years of professional experience in mental health and/or psychiatry, acquired in Switzerland.
• Ideally possessing a CAS in psychiatry or additional training in the field of mental health constitutes a real asset.
• Driver's license and personal vehicle mandatory
• Demonstrate autonomy, dynamism, reliability, and reactivity, with a real interest in home care
• Possess good listening skills and a particular sensitivity to situations of psychic vulnerability, as well as good judgment in situations requiring rapid intervention.
• Be comfortable with IT tools and ensure rigorous administrative follow-up related to care.
• Appreciate working in an interdisciplinary team and be able to collaborate effectively with various professionals and partners in the health network.
• Support beneficiaries facing psychic disorders or psychiatric pathologies, by accompanying them in their daily life at home and taking into consideration their situation, their abilities, and their personal objectives.
• Define, organize, and ensure the follow-up of personalized therapeutic support, adapted to the specific needs of each person and re-evaluated regularly according to the evolution of their condition.
• Work in close collaboration with the various specialized professionals and partners of the health network, in order to ensure optimal continuity and coordination of care, while making use of your nursing skills.
• Participate in exchanges and decisions within the interdisciplinary team, by exercising your nursing role autonomously and by contributing fully to the quality of care.
• Prioritize global, respectful, and benevolent care, promoting as much as possible home maintenance, autonomy, and the psychic balance of the people being supported.
