We are looking for several passionate and motivated Assistant(e)s in community nursing and health care (M/F/All) for occasional temporary assignments as well as for longer-term engagements, to start immediately or as convenient.

Profile sought

• Holder of a CFC as assistant in community nursing and health care
• Dynamic, involved, autonomous and responsible person
• Minimum one year of experience in acute care (mandatory)
• Mastery of French orally and in writing
• Availability for various assignments in different services according to needs

Your responsibilities

• Monitor the health status of patients and report any anomaly
• Work in a pair with a nurse
• Execute the care and monitoring delegated by the nursing staff
• Participate in the implementation of care defined by the medical team
• Contribute to the well-being of patients and to the overall quality of care
• Ensure reliable handovers to guarantee the continuity of information
• Be available quickly for day and/or night shifts
