Accounting and Logistics Manager

Do you wish to hold a versatile, autonomous, and strategic position within a rapidly evolving industrial environment? We are looking for an Accounting & Logistics Manager to support the development of a production site active in the watchmaking and jewelry sectors.

Responsibilities of the position:

Accounting: prepare the accounting and be the link between the headquarters and the fiduciary

• Management of day-to-day accounting: suppliers, customers, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Participation in monthly closings, VAT declarations, and financial reporting.
• Monitoring and valuation of stocks, including precious materials.
• Coordination with the fiduciary and auditors.

Logistics: guarantee the performance of flows

• Supervision of flows of goods, materials, and finished products.
• Management and reconciliation of stocks between the workshop and the Group's systems.
• Coordination of suppliers, carriers, and customs formalities.
• Guaranteeing the traceability and compliance of logistics documentation.

Management Control & Reporting

• Production and transmission of financial data necessary for the Group's consolidation.
• Participation in cost analyses, monitoring of variances, and stock valuation.
• Identification and reporting of risks, anomalies, or points of attention to Management and the CFO

As part of its continued evolution, you may be required to manage cross-functional projects.

Your profile:

• Training in accounting, controlling, or management
• Minimum 5 years of experience including accounting management, particularly precious material management
• Fluent mastery of the French language, fluent English is a real plus
• Enjoy optimization, being proactive
• Autonomy, rigor, and sense of priorities
