In order to complete our sales staff who are dedicated to understanding and meeting the specific needs of our many customers, we are looking for a: Customer Advisor Your mission * Conduct regular visits to customers, advise them and support them in their needs for textiles and other services; * Ensure the internal management and follow-up of customer files; * Participate in the implementation and monitoring of new services and collaborations; * Visit prospects, identify their needs and contribute to the preparation of offers; * Collect, analyze and transmit market-related information; * Contribute to the proposal of new developments of services and items; * Participate in various internal meetings and collaborate with other company departments; * Perform various administrative tasks related to the sales department. * * Profile sought * CFC commercial employee, in sales, housekeeping, or a title deemed equivalent; * At least 5 years of experience in a similar function, in a field related to textiles or in the housekeeping sector; * Knowledge of our clientele's sectors, an asset; * Excellent oral and written mastery of the French language; * Great ease with standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook,...) ; * Holder of a driver's license; * Equipped with a good team spirit and a customer orientation; * Demonstrating a lot of interpersonal skills and a keen sense of listening and communication; * Proactive, organized, autonomous and flexible; * Sense of precision, rigor and discretion; * Excellent presentation.
