Building services planner, ventilation

You support project managers in the planning of ventilation, heating and sanitary installations, from the initial idea to the handover to the client.

Tasks

• Support project managers on building services projects
• Prepare project, tender and execution files
• Create plans and diagrams using 2D and 3D CAD
• Independently develop small ventilation, heating or sanitary installations
• Accompany installations from the first idea to the handover to the client

Profile

• Training as a building services planner or equivalent
• Good knowledge of CAD
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Open-mindedness and taste for teamwork
• Reliability and flexibility
• Knowledge of foreign languages, French is an asset

Offer

• Activity rate of 60 to 100%
• Immediate entry or by arrangement
• 3 to 6 months interim, then permanent employment
