On behalf of our banking client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager (f/m/d) responsible for steering and coordinating technical projects and supporting the continuous delivery of Datacenter products and platforms in the areas of storage, virtualization, networks, and security, while contributing to their operational stability.

Your mission

• Steer technical projects for the evolution and transformation of Datacenter infrastructures, in collaboration with product managers, architects, engineers, infrastructure teams, and management.
• Facilitate the planning, prioritization, sequencing, and delivery of initiatives within long-term product and platform teams.
• Identify and contribute to resolving dependencies, blockers, and organizational constraints affecting delivery, while ensuring clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
• Organize and facilitate project and delivery governance when necessary, and ensure the monitoring of objectives, commitments, budgets, risks, and deadlines by adapting plans to evolving priorities and constraints.
• Support teams in the continuous improvement of their delivery practices, collaboration, and operating modes, using internal project and delivery management methodologies and tools.

Your profile
----------

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure project management and/or delivery steering within technological teams.
• Experience in technical environments covering notably cloud, storage, virtualization, databases, networks, security, and automation.
• Strong skills in organization, planning, and delivery management, with experience in Waterfall and Agile approaches, notably Scrum and Kanban, as well as collaborative tools.
• Experience working with engineering teams organized around long-term technological products and platforms, with the ability to understand technical issues, dependencies, and their impacts on delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for the coordination and influence of different teams without direct hierarchical authority, combined with strong analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, curiosity, tenacity, and good team spirit.
• Fluent French and English, both spoken and written; residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate there.
