An HVAC Project Manager

Do you want to lead HVAC projects in construction, transformation, and renovation? This function combines financial, technical monitoring, and field management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the management of HVAC projects – Construction, transformation, renovation
• Planning, financial and technical monitoring of construction sites
• Monitoring and preparation of offers (costing and study of tenders)
• Monitoring and processing of technical reports and active participation in site meetings
• Field management, quality control of work execution and installation teams

Your profile

• CFC/Federal Diploma of heating designer or engineering degree in building technology
• You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss standards
• Autonomous, stress-resistant and flexible
• Good presentation, team spirit and good contact with customers
• Driving license (mandatory)
• Other language (English, German) an asset
