Your Role: - Ensure the maintenance and closing of accounts as well as the recording of daily, monthly, and annual accounting entries. - Guarantee the reliability of accounts and monthly and annual financial reporting within the Group's deadlines. - Ensure the accounting follow-up of investment projects, from budgeting to commissioning. - Prepare tax returns and ensure the follow-up of provisions in collaboration with the various departments. - Develop and monitor the projected cash flow plan and analyze variations. - Participate in the improvement and optimization of accounting processes and procedures. - Be the preferred contact person for account managers and coordinate the preparation of audits. - Collaborate with the Group's Finance & Accounting teams. Your Profile: Higher education in accounting, ideally completed by a Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting or equivalent title. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial accounting. Essential mastery of SAP and very good knowledge of Excel. Solid knowledge of accounting principles and standards, notably Swiss GAAP. Experience in reporting and financial analysis. Ability to work in English or German, but mastery of one of the 2 languages is essential. Rigorous, autonomous, and organized personality, with an excellent sense of detail. Ability to manage priorities, several activities simultaneously, and to collaborate effectively with different interlocutors.
