ORP Personnel Advisors (80% to 100%)

The Ville de Lausanne Labor Service's mission is to support the Lausanne population in job seeking and to promote return to employment. In this context, the Office Régional de Placement (ORP) accompanies clients in identifying professional opportunities, grants them support measures, and ensures the link with companies in the regional economic fabric. In order to strengthen its teams, the ORP is looking for personnel advisors.

Main Mission(s)

Accompany, inform, and advise clients in order to strengthen their employability

Promote rapid and sustainable placement in the labor market by developing, with each person, a return-to-employment strategy adapted to their profile and needs and by mobilizing appropriate measures

Collaborate with specialized institutions and other partners in social and professional reintegration

Ensure compliance with the legal framework and inform the relevant authorities and persons

Update the computer database (Plasta) and the administrative follow-up of files

Profile

Federal Diploma of Specialist in Human Resources or Social Insurance, an asset

Several years of professional experience in the field of placement, human resources, or professional reintegration

Interpersonal and social skills, capacity for listening and ability to conduct individual interviews

Rigor and precision in the execution of administrative tasks

Dynamic person, results-oriented, having a sense of contact and negotiation

Good knowledge of the socio-economic fabric of the Lake Geneva region

Strong capacity for resilience and detachment

Ease in the exploitation of databases and the use of standard office tools

Special Conditions

Clean criminal record

For persons without the aforementioned Federal Diploma, obtaining it is mandatory within 5 years following the start of duties
