With your sense for people, markets, and economic contexts, you will ensure procurement, develop strong partnerships, and actively shape our success. ### What you move * You procure raw materials in the fresh meat sector and ensure supply according to requirements * You sustainably maintain and further develop existing supplier relationships * You conduct price, quantity, and contract negotiations and achieve economically optimal solutions * You observe the market, analyze supply and demand situations, and derive suitable measures * You ensure product availability taking into account quality, costs, and deadlines * You work closely with planning, production, sales, and supply chain and coordinate the relevant interfaces ### What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Specialization: or higher vocational school degree, preferably as a meat specialist, chef, or in food technology with a focus on meat products, as well as further training in the field of marketing or sales. * Professional experience: Several years of experience in a leadership function in the meat industry * You have leadership experience and know how to motivate and develop employees * You are a team player and enjoy interacting with people as well as building sustainable relationships * You are characterized by quick comprehension and networked thinking * You have a confident manner and convince through your negotiation skills * You work independently, responsibly, and solution-oriented * You have good knowledge of MS Office and ideally bring experience in using SAP * You maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment and set the right priorities * German (C1) * French (B1) ### What we offer you * Maternity leave / Paternity leave: 18 weeks paid maternity leave / 8 weeks paternity leave (4 weeks paid and 4 weeks unpaid) * Occupational pension scheme: Comprehensively insured in the Migros-Pensionskasse - with first-class and attractive benefits * Social benefits: 730 days daily sickness allowance at full net salary * Catering: Balanced lunch menu/buffet in the staff restaurant for max.
