On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Head Nurse (M/F) 80 to 100%.

Your future responsibilities
----------------------------

• You will direct and pilot a care team.
• You will ensure the operational and strategic management of the units by applying your clinical and managerial expertise.
• You will ensure compliance with labor agreements.
• You will pilot continuous improvement projects, in connection with institutional objectives and quality standards (IQM, SQM, PLAISIR, PLEX, PCI).
• You will collaborate closely with the various professional training services to guarantee suitable supervision of the teams.
• You will develop an exemplary professional posture, guaranteeing the quality of care and the global management of patients.
• You will participate in the development and implementation of institutional strategies, adapting to the evolutions of the sector.

Your profile
------------

• You hold a Nursing diploma, completed by a CAS and/or DAS in management of teams or medico-social and health organizations, or equivalent title.
• You have at least 5 years of management experience in a structure.
• You possess solid experience in a psychiatric environment.
• You master the management and evaluation tools used in the field (planifications, IQM, SQM, PLAISIR, PLEX, PCI).
• You have confirmed experience in management and leadership of teams, particularly within the framework of collective labor agreements.
• You have demonstrated solid skills in project management.
• You possess in-depth knowledge in financial and budgetary management, particularly concerning the application of care allocations.
• You demonstrate great flexibility, strong commitment and a proven professional posture.
• Experience or specialization in adult psychiatry will also be appreciated.
