Technical Manager

Main missions:

• Ensure the proper operation, preventive and corrective maintenance as well as the monitoring of the technical installations of all the Foundation's establishments ;
• Plan, coordinate and control the routine work of the maintenance team as well as occasional construction sites ;
• Supervise and follow the maintenance of technical and home automation installations under contract with external service providers ;
• Guarantee the proper functioning and update of the inventory of infrastructure, equipment and vehicles of the Foundation ;
• Establish requests for offers, ensure comparative analysis and submit proposals to the Management ;
• Perform regular inspections of buildings, their structures and their technical equipment to ensure the compliance and safety of the installations ;
• Supervise and motivate the team of operations agents, organize their work and provide support for field interventions ;
• Be the guarantor of the quality of services provided by external companies and ensure strict compliance with established contracts ;
• Act as a resource person for the Foundation's interdisciplinary teams across all sites ;
• Collaborate closely with the Management for the implementation of construction, transformation and moving projects (EMS and CAT) ;
• Contribute actively to the development and evolution of the Foundation, notably during extension projects and new construction sites.

Required skills:

• CFC useful for the function
• Higher education in a technical field or in maintenance management, ideally supplemented by knowledge in safety and project management ;
• Training in team management ;
• Confirmed experience of several years in the use of a CMMS
• Confirmed experience of several years in a similar function, including team management and construction site supervision ;
• Recognized leadership, promoting cohesion, motivation and skill development within the team ;
• Excellent planning, organization and autonomy skills, combined with real flexibility and availability ;
• Ease in working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams operating in a medico-social environment ;
• Excellent command of French, both oral and written, and ease in using IT tools ;
• Strong capacity for analysis, synthesis and taking initiative
