Logistics Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistical activities of the company, from procurement to shipping
• Supervise, develop, and support the logistics teams in order to guarantee a high level of performance
• Ensure the management and optimization of stocks while ensuring the reliability of inventories
• Define, monitor, and analyze logistics performance indicators (KPI)
• Implement continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing physical and informational flows
• Collaborate closely with the different departments in order to guarantee the fluidity of operations
• Guarantee compliance with safety standards, internal procedures as well as quality requirements

Profile

• Federal Diploma of Logistics
• Proven experience in a logistics management function within an industrial environment
• Excellent knowledge of procurement, storage, planning, and distribution processes
• Proven experience in team management and change management
• Good mastery of ERP tools and logistics performance indicators
• Perfect mastery of French as well as German, both oral and written
• Proactive, results-oriented personality, possessing an excellent sense of organization and strong leadership skills
