CNC Setup Mechanic - 2x8 or VSD (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a CNC Setup Mechanic - 2x8 or VSD (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will perform the setup and startup of the machines.
• You will load the parts and perform milling operations (turning would be an asset) on frames, bottoms and rims.
• You will ensure the change of cutting tools and perform the necessary corrections.
• You will perform visual and dimensional inspections using manual inspection tools as well as Zeiss and Marcel Aubert machines.
• You will perform the cleaning, lubrication of the machines and ensure first-level maintenance.

Your profile:

• You hold a CFC in production mechanics or a training deemed equivalent.
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a setup mechanic in an industrial production environment.
• You master 5-axis milling and benefit from confirmed experience in this field.
• You master programming on Fanuc controls as well as numerical controls.
• You possess good knowledge of commonly used dimensional inspection tools.
• You are autonomous, flexible and conscientious
• You enjoy teamwork and have an excellent team spirit.
• You are resistant to stress and know how to evolve in a demanding environment.
