We are currently looking for a Landscaper specializing in hedge trimming (M/F) to join our dynamic team and contribute to various projects in the landscaping sector in Switzerland. ### Responsibilities * Perform hedge trimming in natural and architectural ways with precision and regularity. * Work on hedges of different species, shapes, and dimensions, which can reach 6 meters in height. * Adapt trimming techniques to the characteristics of the plants and the expectations of the client. * Guarantee a clean, aesthetic, and homogeneous finish. * Perform cleaning, collection, and evacuation of green waste after intervention. * Use tools and equipment adapted to trimming work and ensure their routine maintenance. * Ensure compliance with safety instructions during interventions. * Work with care and professionalism to guarantee the quality of achievements and client satisfaction. ### Qualifications * Proven experience (minimum 3-4 years) in hedge trimming, indispensable. * Diploma required in the field of gardening. * Mastery of natural and architectural trimming techniques. * Experience on high hedges, up to 6 meters. * Excellent mastery of trimming tools: hedge trimmers, secateurs, chainsaw, pole tools, etc. * Aesthetic eye and sense of detail: you know how to achieve a regular, precise, and perfectly finished trim. * Enduring person, capable of maintaining quality work on demanding interventions. * Meticulousness, concentration, rigor, and application are indispensable for this position. * Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and professional attitude. * Category B driving license, an asset.
