A Concept SA is a Geneva-based company specializing in Mac and PC IT services, with more than 35 years of expertise serving businesses in French-speaking Switzerland.

Join a dynamic, passionate, and committed team, intervening on several sites in the Geneva region and in French-speaking Switzerland.

Your mission

As an outsourced IT provider, you are the technical interlocutor for a portfolio of SMEs with varied environments (Mac, PC, servers, network).

Concretely, you:

Provide support to users, remotely and at client sites, on heterogeneous macOS and Windows fleets

Supervise the status of systems and handle daily incidents (monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting)

Plan and perform preventive maintenance, updates, and migrations (workstations, servers, services)

Deploy and maintain client infrastructures: servers, network (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VLAN), firewalls, and storage

Guarantee the security of systems and data, and raise user awareness regarding best practices

Document your interventions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the managed environments.

Your profile

Prerequisites (indispensable)

CFC in computer science or equivalent training

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT position (support, operations, managed services)

Work certificate from your former employers

Operational mastery of macOS and Windows

Mastery of spoken French

Driver's license and personal vehicle (car or scooter) — regular multi-site travel

Residence in Geneva or immediate proximity

Technical skills (assets)

Experience in all or part of these technologies is a plus; we provide training for the rest.

Synology (DSM, storage, backup)

Firewall and network (FortiGate is an asset)

Wifi

Windows Server and associated services (Active Directory, etc.)

Virtualization (VMware, Proxmox)

Microsoft 365 / Entra ID

Apple fleet management via MDM (Mosyle, Jamf) — a plus

Personal qualities

Customer service orientation and speed of execution

Rigor, commitment, organization, and proactivity

Autonomy in individual work, and a taste for mutual aid and team sharing
