We offer you a complete 8-month training program, in Renens and in Givisiez, during which you learn everything necessary to perform the function of train dispatcher, according to the requirements of the Office fédéral des transports (OFT). During this period, you are employed at 100% and remunerated by the TPF. At the end of the training, you join the Givisiez operations center as a train dispatcher, with an activity rate between 80% and 100%. Do you recognize yourself in the following? ------------------------------------------ * You have completed an initial three-year training (CFC), a maturity, or an equivalent diploma recognized in Switzerland * You are willing to work according to irregular schedules (nights, weekends, public holidays) * You demonstrate reliability, rigor, and good team spirit * You keep your calm in pressure situations and make thoughtful decisions * You communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, in French * You have basic knowledge of German (level A2) * You do not have a color vision deficiency * Your criminal record, dating from less than 3 months, is clean * Do you already work as a train dispatcher?
