We are looking for the children and adolescents department for a:

Social Educator (M/F)

Residential home concerned by the recruitment:

• Chantecler: residential home for young adolescents, with reinforced educational support.

Mission :

• Socio-educational and care support for all acts of daily life.
• The elaboration, monitoring, and evaluation of the beneficiaries' individualized projects through a system of references.
• Participation in projects related to the organization, functioning, and pedagogical line of the residential home and the institution.
• Close collaboration with the educational staff, nursing staff, as well as those delegated to the management of the residential home.
• Regular collaboration with the relatives of the beneficiaries and the various intra- and extra-institutional partners.

We expect:

• Training as an educator at ASE/ES/HES level.
• Particular skills in the elaboration, implementation, management, and evaluation of the beneficiaries' individualized projects.
• Experience and/or a strong interest in supporting children and adolescents with disabilities, particularly with autism spectrum disorders.
• Experience and/or a strong interest in working with families.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary team.
• Creativity and reflective capacity in connection with the dynamics of the residential home and institutional work.
• Driver's license indispensable.
