We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 115’000 to CHF 130’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with differing competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

• You lead demanding projects in the areas of working worlds and Workplace Management from conception to implementation and develop modern workplace and space concepts.
• In construction and renovation projects, as a sub-project manager for operations, you ensure that operational requirements are taken into account at an early stage and that handover and commissioning are professionally prepared.
• You develop space and operational management concepts and coordinate internal specialist departments, operator organizations, user representations, as well as internal and external partners.
• With foresight, you manage deadlines, costs, quality, and risks and create clear decision-making bases even in complex project environments.
• You actively shape the cooperation between the teams in Western and German-speaking Switzerland and ensure an effective exchange across linguistic and organizational boundaries. You bring together different perspectives and interests and ensure that projects progress in a solution-oriented and binding manner.
