Maintenance Technician M/F

Altrajob is accompanying its client, a company specialized in office equipment and IT solutions. In order to complete the current team, we are looking for a:

French-German Technician M/F

>>> Your missions will be:

• Receive customer requests for office machines, copiers, multifunction printers (after-sales service, maintenance, installation, assembly)
• Receive machines to handle breakdowns (or go directly to the customer site)
• Carry out repair and maintenance work
• Install machines at customer locations
• Prepare, if necessary, additional quotes
• Write and transmit your intervention reports
• Provide advice to the customer regarding the use and/or correct functioning of the machine

>>> Your profile:

Holder of a CFC in a technical field (mechanics, electronics, electricity or equivalent), you benefit from at least 5 years of experience in a similar function (repair and maintenance of office machines, copiers, multifunction printers, etc.).

You hold a category B driving license in order to be able to use the vehicle that will be entrusted to you (possibility of using it for personal use as well).

You demonstrate flexibility, organization and have a sense of responsibility.

Finally, you possess good interpersonal skills, master IT tools (MS Office and Adobe) and German.
