Experienced CNC Setup Mechanic 100% in 2x8 team ###

Your responsibilities

• Perform machining operations in accordance with production ranges, plans, and work instructions.
• Perform settings and setups of multi-axis CNC machines.
• Diagnose and resolve process deviations and technical incidents.
• Perform dimensional inspections and ensure the conformity of produced parts.
• Respect planned deadlines and contribute to the achievement of production objectives.
• Provide technical support to operators and participate in the transmission of information within the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes: optimization of cycle times, capability, and reliability.
• Perform first-level maintenance operations and ensure the proper functioning and cleanliness of equipment.

Your profile

• You hold a CFC as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or an equivalent training.
• You have at least five years of experience in the setup and startup of CNC machines.
• Confirmed experience on Bumotec machines represents a decisive advantage.
• However, we remain open to quality applications from comparable CNC environments.
• You perfectly master the reading of plans and dimensional inspection.
• An expert in troubleshooting in a CNC environment, you know how to quickly analyze production deviations, provide a relevant diagnosis, and implement the necessary actions to secure quality, deadlines, and productivity.
• You work with rigor and ensure reliable maintenance of production and inspection documents.
• You are autonomous, organized, proactive, and enjoy teamwork.
• You perfectly master French, both spoken and written.
• You are willing to work in 2×8 shift schedules and have a means of transport compatible with these schedules.
