Responsibilities
Warmly welcome customers and accompany them to their table.
Ensure impeccable service while respecting quality standards.
Take orders and advise customers on dishes and drinks.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to guarantee smooth and fast service.
Supervise and train the commis de salle if necessary.
Manage requests and potential customer complaints with professionalism.
Guarantee the mise en place, cleaning of the dining room and the smooth running of the service
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar position.
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team in a dynamic environment.
Good command of French; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Passion for gastronomy.
