Our client is looking for an Assembly Operator to strengthen its Production department at its site in the Lausanne region. You will contribute to the assembly and control of high-precision products while respecting quality, safety, and performance requirements.

Missions

• Perform the mechanical assembly of products according to established manufacturing procedures.
• Perform welding and bonding operations with precision.
• Control the conformity of components before their integration into sub-assemblies.
• Perform visual and functional controls at different production stages.
• Use computer equipment and test benches to verify product conformity.
• Identify, document, and report anomalies or quality non-conformities.
• Respect quality standards, manufacturing deadlines, and productivity objectives.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of production processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in compliance with 5S principles.
• Ensure progressive versatility across different positions on the assembly line according to production needs.

Candidate Profile

• CFC as a polymécanicien or training deemed equivalent.
• Significant experience of at least 5 years in mechanics, microtechnology, or industrial assembly.
• Excellent manual dexterity and a taste for meticulous work.
• Ability to perform operations requiring rigor and precision.
• Strong sense of quality and well-done work.
• Respect for manufacturing procedures and instructions.
• Ability to maintain a good production rhythm while guaranteeing quality.
• Excellent concentration skills and great reliability.
• Good interpersonal skills and proactive communication.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to a dynamic production environment.
