Your role ####

• Lead and supervise the monitoring, inspection, maintenance, and repair of civil engineering structures, in accordance with current legal, regulatory, and technical requirements.
• Ensure optimal maintenance management of civil engineering structures, optimizing costs and lifespan.
• Guarantee the implementation of the civil engineering structures maintenance strategy by ensuring the traceability of inspections and interventions in the CMMS as well as the reliability of the inventory and technical data of the structures.
• Develop and monitor the MOB/MVR civil engineering structures maintenance budget.
• Lead and manage the personnel of their team while ensuring their development, while promoting the company's values.
• Lead Infrastructure projects or partial projects, particularly in the field of civil engineering.

The profile we are looking for ####

• EPF or HES engineering degree in Civil Engineering. A CAS in the railway field would be an asset.
• Professional experience in the field of Civil Engineering Structures and in railway maintenance.
• Leadership, strong personality capable of convincing and uniting people around their proposals.
• Commitment and sense of responsibility. Sense of organization, autonomy, and good resistance to stress.
• Native French speaker with knowledge of German.
