Assistant in Community Nursing and Care (ASSC) or Nursing Assistant (ASA) at 80 %

Our rehabilitation units are located at the sites of Le Locle and Val-de-Ruz, and offer different types of rehabilitation. Our patients benefit from multidisciplinary and personalized care thanks to a dynamic and specialized team.

Your missions

• Accompany and support, in an autonomous manner, patients in activities of daily living according to their needs, habits and values
• Collaborate in data collection, perceive the health potential and resources of patients and relatives, promote their maintenance
• Respect the care plan and established objectives, as well as the criteria of safety, efficiency, economy and comfort of the persons
• In collaboration with the nurse, initiate, follow and close patient data in the computerized care records
• Contribute to the improvement of the quality of care
• Maintain order and hygiene in the patients' environment and the management of material
• In collaboration with the nurse, and interdisciplinary, take charge of stable patients

Your profile

• Holder of a federal certificate of Assistant in Community Nursing and Care or an AFP in Nursing and Support Assistance (ASA) or a title deemed equivalent
• Knowledge of hospital hygiene rules
• Good knowledge of usual office tools
• Experience in rehabilitation an asset
