Workshop Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams and promote a positive and collaborative working climate
• Ensure the achievement of operational objectives regarding quality, costs and deadlines
• Identify levers for improvement to increase process performance and reliability
• Coordinate the activities of your sector to guarantee optimal use of resources
• Accompany employees in their skill development and support the development of versatility
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and the evolution of the industrial organization
• Ensure a safe working environment is maintained in compliance with company standards
• Contribute to decision-making through your field presence and operational vision

Your profile

• Technical training in the mechanical field, ideally supplemented by training in management or production management.
• Proven experience in managing a production workshop or an industrial team
• Good understanding of the challenges related to the manufacturing of precision parts
• Natural leadership and ability to unite teams around common goals Sense of organization and ability to manage priorities
• Pragmatic, field-oriented and results-oriented spirit
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, rigorous and solution-oriented personality
