For an ultra-modern and recently installed intralogistics facility in the Lausanne region, we are continuing to develop our service team. That is why we are looking for a personality with strong technical skills, who likes to take responsibility and who, in joint collaboration with a maintenance team, ensures the smooth operation of the automation systems.

Your mission - Your main tasks at Gilgen Logistics AG

• Technical supervision and coordination of two employees
• Main on-site contact for our client and for Gilgen employees
• Monitoring of a modern intralogistics installation in a 2-shift schedule (2x8) during the week
• Execution of maintenance and repair work
• Root cause analysis and fault elimination
• Collaboration in the improvement of a completely new installation
• Participation in the optimization of future technologies in the field of intralogistics
• Support during assembly and commissioning
• Organization of training for users

The qualifications that matter to us

• Completed basic technical training (automation technician, electrician, polymechanic, automobile / agricultural machinery mechanic or similar profile)
• Good knowledge and experience in electricity
• OIBT art. 14 / 15 authorization (NIV or willingness to acquire it)
• Experience in personnel management desirable
• Knowledge of industrial automation, an asset
• Proficiency in French and good knowledge of German or English
• Service orientation, team spirit, and efficiency
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm
• Availability for shift work (staggered hours / 2x8)
• Comfort working at heights (no vertigo)
