Xavier Constructions et Rénovations Sàrl, a company specializing in structural work and renovation in Switzerland, is looking for a motivated Mason / Team Leader to strengthen its team.

Responsibilities ###

• Supervise and coordinate teams on construction sites.
• Read and interpret plans and technical diagrams.
• Ensure the quality and respect of deadlines for the work performed.
• Actively participate in masonry work (foundations, walls, slabs, formwork, reinforcement and finishes etc.).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards on the construction site.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications ###

• Proven experience as a mason and/or team leader in the construction sector.
• Mastery of masonry techniques and associated tools.
• Ability to manage a team and motivate employees.
• Good understanding of plans and technical specifications.
• Valid driver's license in Switzerland.
• Autonomy, rigor and sense of responsibility.
