For one of our clients, a corporate restaurant located in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a motivated Cook to join a dynamic team.

Job Description ##

• Prepare and plate meals in compliance with recipes and quality standards.
• Participate in the daily production of hot and cold cuisine.
• Ensure a neat presentation of dishes.
• Apply and respect hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of workstations.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to guarantee quality service.

We expect ##

• CFC as a cook or training deemed equivalent.
• Proven experience in collective catering, corporate catering, or traditional catering.
• Good organizational skills and priority management.
• Autonomous, dynamic person who enjoys teamwork.
• Mastery of HACCP standards.
