La Fondation Les Castors works towards optimal inclusion within society for people with disabilities. Our mission is to support these people with an adapted individual educational project in an empowering environment. Thanks to its establishments, more than 280 people are welcomed each day, at their place of residence and/or at their place of work. To do this, we can count on multidisciplinary teams ensuring quality support, guided by fundamental values such as humanism, benevolence, tolerance and respect.
Do you enjoy supporting people with special needs? In order to strengthen our team specialized in moderate to severe intellectual disability, multiple disabilities and autism spectrum disorders within the Foyer Les Fontenattes, in Boncourt, we are looking for:

Your educational mission
Accompany beneficiaries in a personalized and adapted manner by applying the personalized project, complying with the "institutional project" and the directives contained in the organizational regulations;
Guarantee the safety and comfort of beneficiaries, by promoting a climate of openness and respect aimed at creating a pleasant atmosphere and offering each welcomed beneficiary an optimal quality of life;
Stimulate the awakening, discovery and progression of each beneficiary by respecting the pace of life, capacities and possibilities of each;
Accompany beneficiaries in their daily life: assistance with getting up, washing, meals, walking, play and expression;
Your profile & your skills
You hold a CFC ASE or a title deemed equivalent;
You possess recognized professional experience and have an interest in the public welcomed within our Foyer;
You are able to approach behavioral disorders in a positive and constructive manner and to develop reassuring, securing and benevolent support that aims to take care of the welcomed persons in situations of high dependency;
You know how to take initiatives and demonstrate creativity, your professional and methodological skills are confirmed by your past experiences and you know how to integrate into a team with ease;
You have a sense of communication, you appreciate network work, you demonstrate adaptability and versatility in the face of situations that arise.
