We are recruiting:

1 Nurse 80-100%
and
1 Night Watch Nurse 80-100%

You recognize yourself in the following profile:

• HES Bachelor nurse or equivalent diploma recognized by the CRS
• Excellent organizational skills and priority management in a multidisciplinary environment
• Interpersonal qualities, empathy, and ease in communication
• Experience in the field of geriatrics and/or psychogeriatrics
• Motivation, willingness to learn every day and to share skills and knowledge

Your responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care and guarantee the safety of residents
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and the rules in force in the institution
• Analyze needs and propose adequate solutions, be innovative
• Actively participate in the organization of the work of the care unit in collaboration with the IRUS or the ICA/IC
• Manage administrative tasks
• Accompany caregivers, apprentices, and interns (only for the day nurse position)
