Corporate Lawyer & Compliance FR/ENG M/F

In this versatile role, you will provide your legal expertise to the various departments of the organization while actively participating in compliance, risk management, and governance initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Advise internal teams on various legal issues related to the organization's activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate different types of contracts and agreements.
• Ensure the follow-up of the contract validation and signature process.
• Participate in regulatory compliance and risk management activities.
• Contribute to the updating of internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and governance requirements.
• Monitor legal matters in collaboration with external counsel.
• Participate in the management of the trademark and intellectual property portfolio.
• Prepare legal notes, reports, and analyses intended for management.
• Raise awareness and advise employees on compliance best practices.

Your profile

• Master's degree in Swiss law or an equivalent training.
• Bar admission is a real asset.
• Proven experience of several years within a law firm or a corporate legal department.
• Solid knowledge of contract law, business law, and compliance.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Fluent French and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in standard IT tools.
• Ability to manage several files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
