As a Multi-site cleaning manager (Object Manager) at ISS, you lead employees, personally take care of clients, and ensure that our services are provided at the highest level. You are responsible for quality, costs, and client satisfaction. ### What awaits you * Coordinate all cleaning activities * Supervise teams and control the quality of services * Preparation of quotes and sending to clients * Propose improvement solutions * Be the main point of contact for clients * Manage schedules and monitor hours * Training of new employees * Management of material orders * Coordinate subcontractors * Occasional help in the field ### What you bring * CFC as a facility/cleaning agent or an equivalent title * Proven experience in a similar position with team management indispensable * Mastery of spoken and written French (minimum B2) * Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office) * Driver's license * Strong customer orientation * Autonomous and having a sense of responsibility * Good resistance to stress * Communication skills and ability to work in a team * High availability of hours ### Ready for us?
