Management Information Systems Specialist

For one of our clients based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a Management Information Systems Specialist wishing to hold a versatile role and contribute actively to the evolution of the company's tools and processes.

Your missions

• Maintenance and evolution of the ERP and the CRM
• Development and implementation of new functionalities adapted to the needs of the company
• Management and maintenance of the PrestaShop and WordPress sites
• Maintenance of the gateways between the ERP and the marketplaces as well as the logistics centers
• Installation and maintenance of the IT equipment
• Management of software, data, access, subscriptions and document sharing
• Participation in cybersecurity and the evolution of the IT environment
• Coordination with the different external IT partners

Your profile

• HEG training in management information systems or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function
• Good knowledge of ERPs and corporate IT environments
• Ability to understand and model business processes
• Proactive, autonomous, organized and versatile person
