As part of a temporary contract, we are looking for an accounting assistant for one of our clients:
Missions:

• Control of the compliance of accounting documents
• Administrative follow-up of invoice validations
• Encoding of simple bank entries
• Filing and digital archiving of documents
• Preparation and updating of Excel tracking files
• Administrative support during monthly closings
• Processing of various administrative tasks related to accounting

Profile:

• At least two years of experience in a similar function in Switzerland
