What you accomplish * Management of the QA team for the meat department of our Courtepin site (4 collaborators) * Active participation in quality monitoring in the broad sense of the term * Organization and implementation of certification audits and performance of internal audits * HACCP responsibility regarding processes and products * Development and implementation of sampling plans and control of products and hygiene * Release of new product development and recipe modifications * Development and implementation of internal training in the fields of quality, hygiene and food law * Management of quality improvement projects. What you bring * Bildung: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) * Specialization: Bachelor in Food Sciences or higher education in the agri-food field * Professional experience: 4-5 years. Experience in a similar position in the meat field and QA would be an advantage. A first successful experience in managing a small team is essential * Specific experience and knowledge in the fields of QA and QC * Flexibility, ability to work in a team with a very good sense of organization * Mastery of IT tools (MS Office, mastery of SAP is a serious asset) * Spirit of initiative and independence in file management * Recognized managerial qualities, allowing for the imposition and enforcement of our high quality requirements * Interpersonal skills and openness to dialogue * French (B2) * German (C1) * English (B1).
