What awaits you * Monitoring and development of a portfolio of AXA agencies in the Non-Life private and business sector. * Daily exchange and coordination with private and business Back-Office employees for routine business. * Collaboration with underwriting for the preparation of offers and the definition of conditions related to the different branches of the Non-Life sector. * Monitoring of business, processing of adaptation missions, fighting cancellations, and portfolio maintenance. * Processing of special requests (troubleshooting) such as: special solutions, counter-cases, claims, goodwill gestures, claims files, collection, etc. * Regular visits and occasional organization of training sessions at assigned agencies. Representation at internal and external professional events. What you bring * Basic training in the insurance field with solid technical knowledge, as well as several years of practical experience ideally in the distribution sector. * AFA certification is strongly desired. A federal diploma of specialist in private insurance or a degree in insurance economics is an asset. * Team spirit, excellent social skills, as well as the ability to convince and negotiate. * Strong customer orientation, capacity for analysis and projection, great adaptability, and openness to change. * Ease of speaking in public and knowledge of interview, communication, and presentation techniques. * Knowledge of the private and business Non-Life market, as well as the various actors that compose it. * Mastery of French (native language or equivalent level).
