With its 800, the Hôpital Intercantonal de la Broye (HIB) ensures a mission of acute care and rehabilitation. Its ambition is to be a dynamic, innovative health institution aiming for excellence for the benefit of the Broye population. As part of the deployment of the new hospital information system Epic, HIB is looking for:

EHR (electronic health record) Project Manager at HIB 50% to 100%

Your mission

• Lead and coordinate the preparation and deployment of Epic within HIB, in coherence with the objectives and schedule of the central program
• Plan and monitor local project activities, ensuring control of deadlines, resources, deliverables and the budget within the framework of the assigned responsibilities
• Ensure coordination between the HIB Management, the concerned services, technical teams, business referents and the central program
• Organize project governance, prepare follow-up meetings and ensure reporting to Management, notably on progress, risks and decisions to be made
• Support the preparation of services and coordinate the actions necessary for process adaptation, training and user support
• Coordinate technical work and local integrations, notably in connection with IT systems, biomedical equipment and external partners
• Prepare and coordinate the go-live, ensuring continuity of activities, risk management and monitoring of corrective actions after start-up

Your assets

• Higher education in project management, information systems, engineering, health or a field deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in managing complex projects involving multiple professions and stakeholders
• Experience in a hospital environment or in the health sector strongly desired
• Experience in the deployment of a clinical information system or an electronic health record; experience in Epic implementation constitutes a major asset
• Good mastery of project management methods and tools, notably regarding planning, monitoring, reporting and risk management
• Collaborative leadership, excellent communication skills and ability to unite interlocutors with varied profiles
• Acute sense of organization, rigor, autonomy and ability to anticipate
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of English constitutes an asset
