You work in the immediate everyday educational life of families who are in acute crises or have been in difficult life situations for a long time and require support in educational matters. You coach parents in their role as those responsible for upbringing, utilize existing resources, expand their competencies in different areas of life, and work in a systemic-solution-oriented manner. You are able to assess and handle the risks and resources of the family with regard to child protection.

Requirement profile ###

• Training in Social Work (FH/HFS), Social Pedagogy, Childhood Pedagogy, school Special Needs Education (Diploma) or Psychology, clinical Special Needs Education (University studies) - for foreign degrees with equivalence recognition by the Confederation
• At least two years of professional experience after completing training in social work, preferably with parents, children, or adolescents
• Good knowledge of systemic/solution-oriented concepts and methods
• Ability to define problem constellations and issue recommendations on behalf of the KESB
• Resilience, flexibility (weekend shifts also possible)
• Good communication skills, humor
• Car available
• Place of residence preferably in the Baden area or Zurich area
