Accounting & Finance Manager

You will take charge of the financial and accounting management of three entities, with a scope ranging from general accounting to advising management. Treasury, vehicle financing, reporting, payroll, and internal control are part of your daily routine. In this capacity, you:

• ensure the general accounting of three entities, VAT returns, quarterly closings, and the preparation of the annual closing for the auditing body
• manage treasury, liquidity, cash flow, and profitability, establish monthly reports, and prepare the annual budget
• supervise supplier and debtor flows: payments, invoices, credit notes, reminders, and debt collection monitoring
• follow operations specific to the automotive sector: financing of new vehicles, stock financing accounts, control of refinanced vehicles, and vehicle invoicing
• establish financial statements intended for importers and ensure the monitoring of advertising budgets, credit notes, and relations with the dealer network
• control internal procedures, propose necessary adjustments, and contribute to the prevention of financial risks and irregularities
• coordinate relations with banks, the auditor, importers, and other external partners
• take charge of payroll and HR administration: social insurances, withholding tax, contracts, arrivals, departures, and personnel-related correspondence
• supervise accounting, administration, and sales disposition activities
• monitor inventories as well as the financial aspects of ancillary activities
• You will also participate in management meetings and cross-functional company projects, particularly those related to the evolution of tools and the use of artificial intelligence

Expected profile
--------------

• proven experience in general accounting, closings, treasury, reporting, and budget preparation in an SME environment (ideally from the automotive sector, mobility environment)
• ability to maintain operational involvement while providing analyses and recommendations to management
• practice in payroll management, social insurances, and personnel administration in Switzerland
• first experience in supervising or coordinating an administrative team
• precise communication with various interlocutors: management, banks, auditor, suppliers, and business partners
• knowledge of automotive distribution, stock financing, or relations with importers constitutes a serious advantage
