In the course of a replacement, we are looking for a motivated personality as Client Servicing & Sales Support in Lausanne as of 1 January 2027.

Your tasks

• Active support of the Client Relationship Managers regarding customer inquiries (RfPs, RfIs), customer onboarding, and reporting
• Internal coordination for cross-departmental projects
• Participation in presentations, market analysis, and projects
• Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments
• Support of the Head Client Relationship Management & Marketing with strategic market and customer analyses
• Close cooperation with Investment, Marketing & Operations

Our requirements

• Completed basic training
• Initial experience in the financial environment (RfPs, CRM, reporting)
• Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel), Salesforce (or other CRM system), databases / Data Warehouse
• French as a native language, fluent English skills in speaking and writing, as well as good German skills
• Enjoyment of customer contact and structured, reliable working
